Healing Your Demons
This practice is gentle for the mind, body, and soul. Healing is the purpose of this class. This practice is designed with the premise of trauma in mind and the goal of healing. This class is practiced from the ground and focuses on releasing and letting go which makes it a great option for my 'only getting wiser with age' students. Appropriate for all skill levels and a great place to start a healing journey.
Perfect place for my precious first responders looking for a place to leave some demons. Very gentle.
Morning Mojo
This practice will be a gentle Vinyasa Flow and Sun Salutations mash-up class. If you have never done a Vinyasa Flow - I'll teach you step by step. This one will build a basic knowledge of postures and show you how to flow. I prefer clothing that doesn't hang on me anytime I do a vinyasa flow so that I can move without having clothes in my face but wear what makes you feel comfortable.
Appropriate for all levels. Wrist, shoulder or arm injury - not recommended.
Warrior Flow
This practice is a step up the experience ladder from the Morning Mojo Flow and will require a little more stamina as I mix in a few strength activities + the Warrior Postures. Feeling fierce? Feeling the need to unleash a little Warrior Energy? This is your class. Wear workout gear. Appropriate for most levels.
Not recommended for lower body extremity, shoulder, wrist, or arm injuries.
Yin Yoga
This practice will be all about the stretch. Gentle and relaxing, yet effective for getting deep into the tissues and centering you for the week ahead. Postures are held for a longer period of time than in a typical yoga class. If you want to work on your flexibility - this is the one. Dress comfortably - something that will allow you to really move and stretch, bring your blocks (if you have them, if not, no biggie) or pillows or rolled up blankets and your mat for this one.
Appropriate for all levels.
Yoga Sampler
This practice is the mix of many yoga postures to help build cardiovascular health while strengthen the mind and body. This class contains yoga from all vantage points: standing, sitting, and reclining with the focus on intention, balance, and breathwork. This class will help with muscle tone with consistent practice.

Exercise Your Demons
This one bites! But in a good way! This crosses yoga and strength training as well as some muscle group isolation exercises. You are gonna need some water, a towel, and a good attitude for this one because it will challenge you. Wear the clothes that make you feel like a real bad***!
Appropriate for more advanced yogis with a wish to sweat.
Pop Up Yoga
We will be practicing twice a month in the summer months out in nature. We will collectively decide what our bodies need and practice to those needs. Check the schedule for the dates and locations of practices.
Flexibility, Core, & More
This is for all my wise friends out there. You are aging like fine wine, my friends. Let's practice gentle seated postures together with plenty of stretches and some specific breath work that targets waking up all the cells and getting the blood moving.
Appropriate for all levels.
Open to students ages 60+ and/or those with mobility or balance concerns.
