If you are here then you must be searching for a place to feel at home with your yoga practice. Come on in, you are part of the family now. Look around. I've been waiting a long time to do this and it is all here for you. Ready for you to start your yoga journey?

MY PHILOSOPHY

I take pride in making yoga accessible for all body types and ages. You can expect me to provide modifications for almost all postures to help you feel more stable or to offer a deeper stretch and a bit of a challenge. The only thing not allowed in my yoga practice room is judgment for yourself or others. If you are on your mat, stay on your mat. Believe that what you are doing matters for you - because it does. You came to yoga looking for ease of mind or body. Please stay focused on that.  I can promise that you will never regret staying centered on your mat for your purpose.

Yoga is for every body. Intentionally commit yourself to consistent practice and the awakenings to your true self will become reality. Always come to your mat with truths: You are valuable. You are worthy. You are able. You are fiercely loved. And on days you don't feel those things, still come to your mat.

Grace is plentiful, for you and me.
